Dispensing System 1000 Litre Air Operated – BUNDED

Our 1000 Litre Air Operated Bunded dispensing system specially designed by Total Coolants makes dispensing easy, ensuring the coolant makes its way into the engine /equipment at the right ratio with no contamination.

The fully “Bunded” design with powder coated frame allows you to move the unit around the workshop from equipment to equipment or on the back of a service vehicle for in field topping up. Its unique transfer system allows for easy transfer of coolant from new IBC containers into dispenser providing 1000 litres of product at the dispensing gun ready to use within minutes.

Its 10 meter heavy duty retractable hose reel and dispensing gun allows you to access any radiator fill points that may be in the
most difficult of locations.

Right Ratio & No Contamination

Our 1000 Litre Coolant Recovery & Filtration System specially designed by Total Coolants makes recovery of coolants easy. The spill free design enables the unit to be used for multiple functions from evacuation and recovery of spent coolants to on and off engine/equipment filtration. Instead of wasting perfectly good coolant when a cooling system repair is required the unit is able to evacuate the coolant from the engine/radiator. Then with a turn of a valve filter from the IBC through filter back to IBC.

When your ready the system pumps the clean coolant back into the engine/radiator.

Evacuation and disposal of spent coolants is made easy allowing the spent coolant to be pumped from the engine/radiator into the IBC. The IBC of spent coolant can then be forklifted off the unit to the waste disposal area.

A clean IBC is then placed back on the recovery unit and the system within minutes is ready to use again.

The heavy duty fully powder coated frame, caster wheels and forklift skids allows the unit to be moved around the workshop from equipment to equipment or on the back of a service vehicle for in field recovery/evacuation of coolants.
